Department for Administrative Affairs of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan

The Department was established for the purposes of administrative assistance and social services provision to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as informational, financial, material and technical support of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, consultative, advisory and other bodies under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan and events organized by them.

The major tasks of the Department are as follows:

  • financial, material and informational, technical and social support of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan;
  • financial, informational, material and technical, organizational and technical management of the activities of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as the consultative, advisory and other bodies under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan;
  • organizational and technical, financial, material-and-technical support of meetings, conferences and other events held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan or featuring the President, as well as those organized by the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan;
  • security management of social conditions of employees of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan;
  • management of funds in accordance with the budget of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan within the limits of the power.
