Reception of citizens
Reception of citizens applying to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan is organised by the Directorate for public feedback of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan. The reception is carried out without prerecord in the 9-th building of the Kazan Kremlin every working day from 9.00 till 17.00.
The issues of personal reception of citizens by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan are examined on the results of an interview arranged by the Directorate for public feedback of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Letters addressed to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan can be sent either by mail or through the incoming correspondence mail-box which is located in the entrance hall of the 9-th building of Kazan Kremlin.

Legal relationships related to realisation of the right to turn to public bodies and local authorities conferred on citizens by the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the processing procedure of citizens' applications by the public bodies, local authorities and dignitaries are regulated by Federal Law N59-FZ of 2 May 2006 "On the procedure of consideration of applications of citizens of the Russian Federation" that took effect on 2 November 2006 (with amendments of June 29, July 27, 2010).
Under paragraph 3 of article 7 of the Law, the letter must include the citizen’s family name, first name and patronymic (if such exists), an email address, if the response is expected as an email message, and a postal address, if the response is expected by post.
