Expert Department of the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan

The major tasks of the Department are:

To provide the expert and analytical support to the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan;

to provide assistance to the Aides to the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan, including the preparation of the expert, information and analytical reports and other necessary documents in the spheres of work of the Aides to the Rais (Head) such as:

• protection, preservation, management and promotion of the cultural heritage sites on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan; development of museums of the Republic of Tatarstan; urban planning activities on the territory of historical settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan; tourism; issues related to the work of the Foundation for Restoration of Historical and Cultural Monuments of the Republic of Tatarstan;

• financial, banking, investment, innovation, science and technology, entrepreneurial activities; industry, agriculture, power engineering, price regulation, information technology and communications, construction and housing and communal services, transport and road services, the efficient use of energy and resources, forest management, environmental protection; health care in issues related to production, acquisition and delivery of medical equipment and material and technical provision for health-care institutions;

• state and municipal property management including the issues related to the use and management of real estate and funds, privatization of state property of the Republic of Tatarstan; state and municipal land resources management including the issues of land-use planning;

• oil production and processing, chemicals and petrochemicals; oil products supply, quality of the marketed oil products; efficient reserves development and hydrocarbons recovery;

• construction, comissioning and operation of major construction facilities of innovative satellite city of «Innopolis», exercise of powers of the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan in organizing cooperation and coordinating activity of bodies of executive power of the Republic of Tatarstan, territorial and federal bodies of executive power, local government bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan, other bodies and organizations of development of innovative satellite city of «Innopolis»;

• construction cost management at all stages of investment and construction process;

• other matters assigned to the Aides to the the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan;

• expert and analytical support to the advisory and consultative bodies to the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan (in issued related to matters within the competence of the Aides to the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan);

• maintenance of the state information system of the Republic of Tatarstan “The Official Web Site of the Republic of Tatarstan” (hereinafter referred to as The Official Web Site of the Republic of Tatarstan);

• preparation of official speeches of the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan;

• preparation of greeting papers and telegrams of the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan.
