Rustam Minnikhanov visits multidisciplinary lyceum №186 and checks its readiness for the new school year

On August 8, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited Perspetiva multidisciplinary lyceum №186 in Kazan and checked the readiness of the educational institution for the new school year.

The capacity of the school, built under the Education national project, is 1,224 students.

Minnikhanov looked around classes for an elementary school, a canteen, a technology room, a science classroom, a gym, a swimming pool and a school hall.

Representatives of the Department of Food and Social Nutrition of the executive committee of Kazan informed Minnikhanov about the catering system for children in educational institutions of the city and said that a unified standard of catering for schoolchildren is being introduced in Kazan.

It is planned to commission five new schools in the republic, incduding two schools in Kazan, one new school in the city of Innopolis, in Naberezhnye Chelny and in Nizhnekamsk.

Three educational institutions are being overhauled.
